Most of the organizations undergo day-by-day changes in their operational as well as functional areas. As a continuously developing company, Brady PLC is going through some modifications in their internal functions including appointing new personnel in their administrative systems. As a part of this, Carmen Carey, a winner of the Bronze Stevie Award for Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Technology (one of the world's top honors for female executives), strongly believes that the opportunities available in the company are substantial, and that the previous experience she gained across a broad range of technology business will help her to become one of the reasons for the success of Brady PLC in a constructive manner. Carmen is a former chief operating officer (COO) of Unbabel, an artificial intelligence company. She has also worked as the CEO of application testing firm Apica, COO of e-commerce group MetaPack, CEO of Big Data Partnership, CEO of IT service management firm ControlCircle, COO of software group MessageLabs, and Vice-President of Global Services at software vendor BroadVision.
With Carmen’s career background, Brady PLC believes that her excellence in several areas back her up to be the perfect fit as the new CEO of the company starting 18th February 2019. The company has also informed its current executive chairman, Ian Jenks, to switch to the new designation of a non-executive chairman from 1st April 2019. By adding new experts to its team and with continuous innovations, Brady PLC indeed promises a better growth for its clientele.
